This is merely a safe space when you need to talk to someone without bias. It is not coaching or an alchemy session. It is empathetic listening – meeting you where you are in the moment without judgment and with compassion. 

It is a great way to just “get it all out” and to be heard. It often is validating and you can find clarity through the confusion. 

There is nothing to “do” in this space but be heard.

These are change interventions that I have created over the last 15 years and have used extensively with individuals and within organizational teams. You’ll be able to use these concepts again and again as you make decisions.

An intuitive mind alchemy session is a unique and transformative experience designed to help you tap into your inner wisdom and unleash your full potential. During the session, Jen, who is an intuitive, will guide you in developing trust in your own intuition. Quantum hypnosis is a powerful modality that can benefit anyone, regardless of their concerns or challenges. During quantum hypnosis, you will be guided into a relaxed state where you can access the power of your own consciousness and inner wisdom. Through energy work, intention setting, and heart-based techniques, I help you uncover deep-seated beliefs and patterns that may be holding you back. By transforming these beliefs, you can experience profound healing and transformation on all levels of your being.

Accommodations

I get it. Talking. We need it but it isn’t always an easy task for some of us. While carrier pigeons and smoke signals are out, I’m happy to make accommodations. 

We can craft a plan that let’s us communicate through other apps and tools without a video or phone call. I use apps like WhatsApp and Signal for texting and voice messaging.  

I’ve learned that part of the mental and emotional load that neurodivergents go through is being perceived. So sometimes having the camera on during the video call is “too much”.  Just let me know this is where you are at right now!

You are welcome to use the audio only function of the video call.

I really, really understand this. I have had my own moments of being non-verbal.  I can shoot out a text and then need a nap. Don’t worry.

Jen Kelchner is a lifelong transformation enthusiast, master facilitator of change, and creator of The Five Horizon Practice and HEARTS method. She is an intuitive seer and mind alchemist, attuned as a master in nine energy modalities, and certified hypnosis practitioner. Jen has been a practicing transformation practitioner for 20 years in leadership, culture and organizational development.
