Practices, applications, methods, and interventions can be tools that help us gain awareness and shape the framework for our lives. They help us in decision-making, to get unstuck, to see something new, connect dots of information and create growth.

Over the last 15 years, I have tested and created exercises and tools that support personal and business growth. I create dynamic methodologies that allow for multidimensional transformation. They are tested in organizations, with teams, and in leadership as well as, applied in personal transformation models. 

This page will act as a guide to understand some of how I work and what practices I tend to follow – but, it is not an all-inclusive list as we leave space for things to flow in the present moment.

Living Ritual

Living ritual was a term that came to me in 2020 will walking in the woods with my closest friends. Wandering amongst a 100-acre farm in Upstate New York, we observed the details of nature, energetic portals, and the interconnectedness of all things. 

During this time, my higher self and guides posed that “living ritual” is a way of being and doing life. It is mindful, intentional, and not a set rigid prescription for a sacred ceremony. That life itself should be lived “as ritual” taking the time to be present and sensing our surroundings for connection every day.

The Five Horizons

The Five Horizon Practice is a unique practice that takes you on a journey through five distinct horizons of change using the HEARTS method. Each horizon represents a different stage in your personal growth and transformation journey and is marked by unique nexus points that require critical choices to be made.

After you’ve successfully navigated through the five horizons, you enter the sixth and final stage of the cycle.  This horizon allows you to cultivate the change you have integrated and continue to grow and evolve as you deepen your understanding of yourself and the world around you.

A nexus is a point of connection or intersection where different things come together.
